Other Details to Note
The studio is connected to the main house, but the shared wall has extra insulation. Is smoking allowed outside? Yes, you are welcome to smoke outside the space. Please pick up cigarette butts. Smoking inside the home would result in a 250.00 fee for cleaning and possible blocking nights for other guests. For the safety of all guests, exterior security cameras are installed at the front of the property and are disclosed per Airbnb policy. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever. We do have requirements of a signed rental agreement and ID verification. Option 1: Damage Waiver ($27) - Have a worry-free stay with coverage for up to $500 for accidental damage (spills, breaks, mishaps) with no surprise charges. Just relax and enjoy your stay! Coverage up to 10 nights, +$2/day for longer stays, and provided by a third-party insurance company. Option 2: Security Deposit ($500) - Refundable temporary hold that releases after your stay. To make this easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest! No app required - it’s a secure website. It also gives you an online guest portal with all the info about the home and all of our favorite local spots. Adds on you may also purchase in your Happy Guest portal: EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT-$60 If you have any questions, just message us anytime! ****Stays over 30 days will receive complimentary and mandatory cleaning once a month for the duration of their stay. This includes cleaning of the home, but no linen washes. Cleaning team day and time will be coordinated ahead of time and using the Hosts designated team.

In a quiet residential neighborhood. About 10-15 minute drive to the airport (depending on traffic) and just 15 minutes to downtown! Bike (15-20 mins) or drive (5-10 mins) to famous Austin coffee shops like Palomino and Greater Goods. Drive 15 minutes to iconic restaurants like Franklin Barbeque and Salt and Time. 5-minute walk to the Southern Walnut Creek Trail. The multi-use trail is a beautiful twisting and turning maze of trees and foliage and is the city’s newest recreation resource for hikers, joggers, and bicyclists. The 10-foot-wide concrete paths are designed to accommodate a variety of users. If you're in town for music, it's only a 20-minute ride to music venues like Moody Theater and the Paramount Theatre.
