It has a kitchenette, pullout sofa, and desk. There are a total of 3 televisions in the space, all equipped with streaming capabilities and Netflix access via Starlink internet. The outdoor space is a great place to roast marshmallows under the Texas stars at night. This home is located in the country, so while we do regular maintenance and pest control, there are dirt, stickers, and bugs. We allow a maximum of 2 dogs. No cats as we are highly allergic. Please list animals on booking. Airbnb pet fee is required. The only true fenced area of the yard is around the home and casita. We have installed exterior security cameras for the safety of both guest and property. These cameras are actively recording both audio and video in the front of the property. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever.
